JASMINE KNIGHT, PHD, NCC
Professor & Resident in Counseling
Are you seeking someone to offer you support and unconditional acceptance? Do you need someone to listen? Are the problems of life becoming too difficult to manage alone? If so, we can work together to help you better navigate through any challenges. I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and adults on various issues including depression, anxiety, behavioral, adjustment, interpersonal, career, relationship, self-esteem, and grief/loss.
I am a resident counselor who utilizes a cognitive behavioral approach. CBT is a goal-oriented therapy based on the premise that our thoughts drive our feelings and behaviors. I also integrate play therapy techniques and solution focused brief therapy.
I offer both individual and group counseling. Evening appointments are available upon request and availability.
