Saranette D. Miles Williams understands that career change can be overwhelming and she strives to assist clients with the job search process, education selection process, choosing a major, career exploration, transitioning and more. With over 10+ years experience, Saranette has been coaching adult learners, high school seniors, college students, military members and career changers domestically and internationally. She has worked at Virginia Tech (VT), University of Florida (UF), Regent University, and Old Dominion University (ODU), and volunteered in the community assisting with job searching activities as well as helping clients regarding their "career passions and callings!" Currently, she serves as Associate Director of Old Dominion University leadership roles in various national professional organizations.

Saranette enjoys coaching in person, online and in groups. She continues ongoing training with Kuder, CPP, National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE), Society of Human Resource Managers (SHRM) and SoACE. Saranette has worked with hiring organizations to help them get the best Return On Investment (ROI) in their efforts to recruit candidates and has helped clients to maximize their candidacy. With a bachelor's degree in finance and a master's degree in educational leadership and policies studies with a specialization in technology, Saranette believes that understanding your portfolio, researching your options and investing with the goal of getting the best return are financial concepts that apply to careers. Thus, Saranette provides you her experience and education to assist you in getting a big return.
